Well didn't that weekend sail away across the horizon...swish swash and its gone...

Hope you all had a good one with lots of Shenanigans to be had 😝

Our weekend was busy...boxing, tidying sorting...plastering and painting...a beautiful birthday party for a special young lady and then everything else in between...

But alas....its Monday...a brand new week of opportunities...adventures and...more packing, sorting and decorating 😂

This morning I wanted to show you a birthday order I had back in July for a special 30th Birthday....124 bons....Dairy free....Mint, Caramel, fondant egg bons, Rum and Raisin and finally Orange Caramel....the feedback was amazing..the birthday girl was over the moon and to say I was estactic is an understatement....all in + 30°C heat - go me! 🎉🤩

So after reflecting this morning...its given me a strong drive to go forward and conquer this week....and I hope you'll have an amazing week ahead to 💖

Dried and fresh fruit swooped and soaked in golden Spiced Rum...melted and mixed by hand captivating the spices singing a christms cheer...bursting with plumpness of the finest fruits to graze this ship...caressed and filled to the highest of heights in a dark cocoa chocolate and Orange shortcrust pastry...the blend of sweet and savoury exploding flavours that can only be dreamed of at Christmas 🤩

What you'll recieve....

🎅 A unique one of a kind Mince pies - you can't find these on the.high Street 🤩
🥧 Freshly baked
🥧 6 Mincemeat Pies that weigh approx 480 grams!
📏 Size of a cupcake
🍊 8 fruits...making this treat rather healthy (in my opinion 🫢)
⭐️ decorated with a star or Christmas themed pastry topper
📦 boxed in a white box, with a festive cupcake case, with food graded safe paper, wrapped with Red Ribbon lined gold.

This Year I am also offering DAIRY and EGG free mince pies 🎉🎉 as well as not adding NUTS...each ingredient has been checked not once but twice and maybe a few more times to ensure they have no Allergens or may Contains....🎉

There is also non-alcholic Pies...soaked in Orange Juice 💖

YOU MUST BE OVER 18 for the Rum Pies.
These will be sent Royal Mail tracked 24 or ID required tracked.
Payment due at time of delivery

Order book is open...please inform me if you have any allergies or intolernaces, your address and name. A reference number will be sent to you.
Closing date for last orders will be end of November.
These will be sent out middle of December - I will email/message nearer the time.
Shelf Life: best eaten within a week...but have tested them for a month.

Thank You sooo much for all the love I recieved yesterday on my post...you don't know how much I have missed you all...i sure felt the love 💖

It's Tired Tuesday...but I'm on a roll and I don't mean a roll on the sofa 🤪🤣 it's been hectic on board the Chocolate Ship and i don't think this afternoon is going to be any slower 😅

So I thought I'd give you a little insight in what the Cap'n has been doing today....

🥧 After a lot of messages the Chocolate mince pies are returning - this year they will also be Dairy Free...just finalised the pricing, these should be advertised by end of week. I wonder if I can beat the record of 150 🤔🤪

🎄 The Christmas menu will be limited this year...menu will include....

Chocolate covered oreos
Santa Lollies
Hot chocolate cones
The new product 🫢

🎅 There is a new product coming out...completed pricing and taken photos, will do a video later this evening.

🎉 I may have signed up for rhe Winter Wonderland again this year 🫢

And so crew this has been my day...a little bit of this and a little bit of that but it's coming along nicely...

Goooood Happpy Monday Me Hearties! 🫡

Yes...its Ya Cap'n...🎉🎉...and Wow I have missed You - how are Ye? What you been up to? 💖

It's sure been a while hasn't it 🫣 I have sailed some dark storms but finally the ocean is calming and the winds are lighter 🥰 .... I'm now raring to go and looking forward to getting back to creating some chocolate treats 🤩

Thank You to my friends here who have checked up on me...each message as always was appreciated and helped me get through...sending love to You - You know who you are 🥰💖

So on that note...coffee has been refreshed...music is on...kitchen is buzzing .. have a fabtastic week and keep being amazing!

Ahoy me Hearties.. 🫡

I can't wait any longer to show you the second cake from last week...🫢

For a great friend who we celebrated his 43rd Birthday....a fab day and evening 🙌

This is a milk chocolate two layer rectangle cake...theme was Ma*****na with a 'cigarette' 😉... an idea given to me and I took the reins...

Using acetate sheets, I made the white chocolate 'ci******es' then filled it with chopped chocolate and green colouring..the ashtray was made using my cupcake mould cut down to a size and then handpainted a leaf in colours of red, yellow and green, with holes then cut to hold the 'ci******es'. Using the chopped chocolate I then placed some on cling film, and some on a half made cigarette. The Log effect was used using an impression mat where the chocolate was set then pealed away...

This cake tested every skill I have learnt over the years...to say I'm happy is an understatement...

Gooood Morning and Happy Monday Me Hearties! 🫡

How are You? What you been up to? 🥰

Well, half term is over and the mini pirates are back at pirate school today 🎉 although I'll miss them I'm sure they are so pleased to be going back 🫢 its been a fab week with them 💖

We celebrated a birthday for a special little girl who is now 4...and she loved her cake....a Dairy Free 'Chocolate' 3 layer cake with a theme of Banger Racing and Unicorns...I'm so happy how it came out 🥰 the cars were numbered up to 4 and included the year she was born...decorated with her favourite colour pink, handpiped name and of course the Happy Birthday plaque 🎉

Today...its getting the house back in to order, food shop and then get the mini pirates ready for Beavers...

Sorry I've not been around...I will be visiting your pages this week and speading some chocolate love to You all...last week was crazy with the cake orders, the heat and of course trying to be Mum 😂 I do as always appreciate you 💖

My weekend was alright...I worked! 🫠😝😂

🍪 baked Choc Chip Cookies
🍫 Attempted some chocolate bons but tooo hot to temper
🎂 baked the first cake

Today...I'm back in there to decorate said cake 🎂 praying to the Cake God's, chocolate Gods and my guardian angels to stop it all from melting 🤞🙏😂

On this note...the music is on....coffee has been drunk...kitchen is calling.....but please remember if your going out...drink the water...slap the suncream on....be safe out there 🌞⛱️

😷 Cap'n has been struck down with this cold bug....not what I needed...

Verdict....Today is going to be interesting 😂 wanna pass the jacket now 🤔😂
