A few people have said ‘what’s a cosmic brownie’ and you may have noticed this brownie is on my cake shed menu for this Saturday.. so I wanted to explain🤤

Has anyone ever been to America? Or Canada? They have these brownies called cosmic brownies, the brand is ‘little Debbie’s’

Fun fact- when I was young, I lived in Canada for a year! I had these brownies all the time and they were such a childhood staple!

So I’ve decided to make my own version this week!

It’s essentially a brownie topped with a sort of fudge icing- I’ve topped mine with GANACHE.

Has anyone tried them??
