We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we’ll be attending the International Cake & Bake Show at the NEC, Birmingham, 6th–8th November! 🎉

And yes… we’re taking our UNDÉCORATED CAKES & CUPCAKES with us! 🎂🧁

Our undecorated cakes have become such an important part of what we do, giving you the perfect blank canvas to decorate your own way — whether you’re a professional cake decorator or simply love creating at home. 💕🎨

💙 A little reminder about why we don’t call ourselves a “gluten-free bakery” 💙

You may have noticed that we describe our bakes as made without gluten, rather than calling Abigail’s Delights a gluten-free bakery. There’s an important reason for this.

Our bakery kitchen is also our home kitchen, and because we have gluten-containing bread and pasta within our home, we legally cannot describe our kitchen as a gluten-free kitchen.

But for us, this is something we take very seriously.

Abigail was diagnosed with coeliac disease at a young age, so we understand personally just how important it is to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. We have strict measures and procedures in place when preparing your orders, and we take every possible step to reduce the risk as much as we can. 💙

✨ But we have a dream… ✨

We are currently looking into the possibility of creating a completely gluten-free kitchen. It’s something we would absolutely love to make happen, but it comes with a cost.

And this is where you can help us! 🥰

Every brownie, blondie, cupcake, cake and treat you purchase from our website helps support our little business and brings us one step closer to our dream of having a totally gluten-free kitchen.

Abigail's Delights was inspired following my daughters coeliac diagnosis at aged 3 years old. All our items contain no gluten and many are made without dairy too! A one stop shop for cakes and treats, from the perfect plain or loaded brownies to cakes for all occasions decorated or undecorated.
