Wonky 2 tier airbrushed birthday cake... this is an oldie that has been reimagined in my newer photography style... this was for my daughter, who is now 18 and at Uni!!! I think this was the first cake I ever air brushed... LOVE my air brush!

AI is EVERYWHERE!!! You couldn’t even create this cake… but it kind of makes me want to try and get as near as I can 😆

What do you think? Artificial Intelligence… good or bad? I just keep thinking of Arnie in Terminator so I know what camp I’m in 😳!!

Toby wanted his 13th Birthday cake to be a combination of his favourite sports; rugby, basketball and golf... so I made little balls for each sport and scattered them amongst the sweets that he also wanted, cascading down the side of the cake. Using the same texture of embossing for the number 13 and the name, gives it a really sporty feel.

Had to do a bit of research for this theme... Steve 'Share The Love' is a popular social media influencer, who has clearly made a success of 'influencing' as he owns a lime green Lamborghini Gallardo!

I used my favourite Black Extra, for a perfectly smooth finish on the black cake. The is made from rice Krispy treats, covered in ganache then fondant, painted and glossed for high shine!

Even though I've done it often, I always get a little apprehensive stencilling black royal icing onto a beautiful, bright white cake... the effect is very striking though! Oh... and don't look too close... Auckland is spelt incorrectly :( Thankfully my lovely customer was very gracious and not too upset.

Made it to Day 4 of consecutive posting 🎉👏 whoop whoop! Celebrating my consistency (4 days 😂) with a giant strawberry cake with marzipan strawberries on the side... I'm surprised the marzipan strawberries made it to the customer - it was 'make one - eat one - repeat' 😘 Sx

Oh my gosh! I nearly missed my 3rd day in a row 😮 So sorry it's a bit late... leaving you today with a small Star Wars cake with cute little Mandalorian and Yoda figures on top - and I was able to get my airbrush out again, love the airbrush! Now off to watch Traitors 🙈... anybody else watching? I love it!!!! Sx

Look at me, posting 2 days in a row 🎉👏I shall celebrate every little win! 😂 For today I am sharing with you something that I love to make... a "Number Cake"... we cake makers do get a little bored doing round and round and round and round (don't we?), so throw in a different shape and I get all excited!! This was double exciting as it was a Superhero themed Number Cake!! What more can you ask for. I didn't use number shaped tins, I drew a No.4 that I like the shape of and that would utilise my traybake tin as well as possible - we don't like waste! An to top it all, Montie's Mummy told me that he LOVED it! So win win 💯🥇

Bespoke cake for a family celebrating a total of 170 fabulous years... a 30th, 60th and 80th... all onboard a boat on the Broads. The boat is made from Rice Krispy Treats, then ganache and a layer of fondant icing... finished with hand painting.
