Today’s new trial is strawberry and fresh cream homemade horns 😍 filled with homemade strawberry coulis, strawberry jam and fresh whipped double cream!

Did also trial these with vanilla cheesecake, but think the overall winner is fresh cream. Still awaiting some feedback from taste testers and then will be available to buy ☺️

These have got to be tried! Had such fun making them too 😍

Today’s new trial was strawberry cream tarts 😍

I trialed two versions,
Homemade biscuit case with whipped sweetened fresh cream, strawberry coulis and strawberries
Second version was homemade biscuit case with vanilla cheesecake filling, strawberry coulis and strawberries

Think I need to make a smaller version though!

Happy with the first attempts 😍 perfect for those summer days

Saturday you can find us at taverham village hall 10-12 for the Mum2mum market East Anglia, £2 entry! Come along and see us

We are also out in our beautiful trailer at brundall bay marina hosting a private event for boat owners ☺️

Sunday we are back at Wroxham Barns, The Best of Norfolk makers market for the first time this year 10-4!

Amazing weekend at Africa Alive! Unfortunately we couldn’t stay for the evening tonight as we didn’t have enough stock 👀
