Kate & I will be back trading in the Abbeycentre on Friday and Saturday this week from 1130am each day and we are so looking forward to seeing you all. Milkystars and Fudge Squares plus Raspberry Ruffle filled Chocolate Cookies. Lots of reasons to come see us today & tomorrow.

My final day in Riga and I’m delighted to have made it to Mikla to take advantage of one of their incredible sweet treats. This chocolate bomb type product was amazing. The presentation and finish on this really made it pop. So glad I found this place, definitely one to add to your list if you ever travel to Latvia

Here I am in Riga, searching for the best sweet treats! Tell me, do ALL bakers do this when on a break somewhere? Anyway, this Snickers cruffin was beautiful. Light flaky pastry with an indulgent nutty chocolate filling. Cruffins in Riga is a must if you’re visiting Latvia.

Peter is off today as it’s his birthday (we’re not saying which one!) but you guys can help him celebrate by visiting Nina & Una in the Kennedy Centre as they are there with a full selection of goodies, including our brand new white chocolate Twix Rocky Road, plus a beautiful tray bake made with milk chocolate, cornflakes and Tunnocks Caramel Logs.
