Hi lovelies 🤍

I wanted to acknowledge that I’ve been very quiet on this page for quite some time. I haven’t disappeared or abandoned Cookie’s Cakes NI — I’ve simply needed to step back for personal reasons and focus on things behind the scenes.

As a small, one-person business, when I need to pause, the page naturally goes quiet too. For the foreseeable future I won’t be taking on cake orders, but I wanted to thank you all for your patience and continued kindness.

Thank you for understanding — it truly means a lot.

A few weeks ago I had the joy of making these gorgeous gender reveal cupcakes — and they were such a delight to create! 🧁✨

Each cupcake is baked with my organic vanilla sponge, soft, fluffy and full of that classic, comforting flavour everyone loves. Inside, they’re filled with a swirl of pink or blue vanilla buttercream, hiding the sweetest little secret until the big reveal moment! 💗💙

Decorated with a mix of fondant toppers, embossed messages, baby-themed designs and two-tone swirls, they added the perfect touch of magic to a very special celebration.

It’s always an honour to be part of moments like this — the excitement, the anticipation, and all the love shared. 💕

A few weeks ago I had the absolute pleasure of creating this bright and joyful cake and cupcake set for a Lodge charity event in support of Tiny Life 💛

Everything was designed to match the charity’s colours — bold, vibrant and full of life — just like the incredible work they do.

About Tiny Life
Tiny Life is Northern Ireland’s only dedicated premature baby charity. 
Their mission is to make sure that every premature or sick baby who begins life in a neonatal unit in Northern Ireland has the best possible start, and is supported to reach their full potential. 
They provide emotional and practical support to families — from neonatal unit visits to home-based support, baby massage classes, and even breast pump loans.

The Cake
A 7″ organic vanilla sponge, layered with silky vanilla buttercream and swirls of jam. Decorated with beautifully piped flowers and a custom edible film reel, highlighting special moments from the event.

The Cupcakes
Matching organic vanilla cupcakes, each filled in the centre with jam and topped with tri-coloured buttercream swirls, sprinkles, and a little sparkle — because every fundraiser deserves a touch of magic.

It was truly an honor to bake for such a meaningful cause. Thank you to everyone who came together to support Tiny Life and raise awareness for the beautiful, vital work they do 💖🎗️
