A brand new Milk & Cookie bar opening in Margate May 2021. Joining the ever growing and popular independent food
businesses in Margate, Milk & Cookie will take pride and place
on the High Street in the New Town. I had to shield during the many lockdowns of the pandemic, during that time I homed my baking skills and turned them into an online business. After unexpected but great success and taking

a few business courses, I wanted to expand my online services and embarking on opening my first physical store. In keeping with the artistic expression and artisan, independent foodie vibe of the town, I shall be selling a wide range of homemade dessert style cookies, which shall cater for the indulgent, vegan, gluten free and non dairy diets. I shall also offer an assortment of craft milk drinks, barista coffees, cookie dough and ice cream onsite as well as a curated online store
reaching the whole of the UK. I am looking forward to opening in May, baking great cookies treats, bringing some well-needed joy, meeting everybody on the doorstep

Its OFFICIAL, the COOKIE LOCKER Lowlife Margate is now stocked 5 Days a week, from Wednesdays to Sundays. From 10am daily, and 11am on Sundays. This is my version of an " honesty cabinet. Its a looker filled with mixed cookie boxes and cookie products, flavours changing daily. The locker is self service, choose your cookie boxes, scan the QR CODE, add to your cart and pay. This is a digital payment system so no cash payments. The locker is for the foreseeable future, and Im looking forward to having a lot of fun with all the different cookie treats i can stick it with. the COOKIE LOCKER Lowlife Margate trial begins tomorrow for the weekend. Sat 13th from 10:30am and Sun 14th from 11am. The locker will be stocked with two different set boxes. One box is Mouthful, Betty & Seriously Dough and the other box is Birthday Cake, Smore-Ish & Biscoff Brownie (this box is the dairy free/vegan box) Boxes of 3 are priced at ÂĢ9 per box. Payment is taken by scanning the QR Code on the locker and paying using your phone or card. Sorry there are no cash payments. Please remember this is small trial to see how it goes. I will be at the locker both days to iron out any teething troubles and see how it goes. There is a limited amount of stock and if this works well, which i think it will, then I can start playing about with different options, flavours, products and requirements. all hail the COOKIE LOCKER Lowlife Margate 🍊 Ok so taking on your awesome suggestion, I am installing my version of an "honesty cabinet" In Lowlife on the Northdown Road, Cliftonville, Margate. I will make a start and will be BETA testing it this Saturday & Sunday. Look for more posts & stories for all the info.
