Two stars. One very special pain au chocolat. ⭐⭐

There’s a lot that goes into those layers.

From carefully laminating the dough, to folding in rich butter, adding the chocolate and giving each pastry the time it needs to prove and bake - every step matters.

We’re incredibly proud that our pain au chocolat has been awarded 2 Stars at the Great Taste Awards, recognising it as outstanding and celebrating its excellent lamination, rich buttery flavour and wonderfully light, fluffy texture.

A huge thank you to our pastry team for the skill, patience and care that goes into every single one. ❤️
