All of my cakes are prepared and baked in a nut free environment and suitable for people with nut allergies, my gran taught me to bake from an early age. I am very passionate about baking. ut free baker because I find joy in baking and my son was diagnosed with a nut allergy from an early age, and when it came to special occasions e.g. birthdays etc I had issues with getting cakes with the assurance that cake was in fact nut free, as labels would state made in a factory which contains nuts or even may contain traces of nuts. Having lived with allergies and having the awareness of allergies and the effect allergies have I source ingredients that are in fact nut free and not made in a factory which contains nuts.
