Some of the most powerful photographs are not posed. They are the split second moments when someone forgets the camera is there.

A great networking event is not about name badges or business cards. It is about moments. The spark in someone’s eyes when an idea lands. The genuine smile during a first introduction. The focused expression as two people realise they can help each other grow.

At events like this, I am always watching for those split seconds that tell the real story. The human side of business. The confidence, the curiosity, the connection.
