Yesterday was such a beautiful reminder of what happens when women come together to learn, connect, and support their bodies in a deeper way 💫

Our Cycle Synching & Hormone Balancing Workshop with and was filled with so many powerful moments from understanding our hormonal rhythms to breathwork, meditation, nourishing smoothies.

Thank you to every woman who joined us, shared her energy, and made the room feel so grounding and safe. And a huge thank you to our incredible partners for supporting this experience.
