I’m back!
My first cake made in weeks and weeks was a special one, an 80th birthday cake, 1940s theme. Lemon sponge with lemon buttercream filled with lemon curd!🍋

🩷Valentines Day🩷
Whether it is Valentines or Galentines, I’ve got the perfect cupcake boxes to gift. Introducing a new flavour buttercream, Raspberry. Made from real raspberries to get a natural pink colouring.

These cupcakes are all chocolate sponges, with half chocolate buttercream topped with a chocolate love heart and sprinkled with dried raspberries, with the other half iced with raspberry buttercream and a sprinkle of dried raspberries too.

•Liphook School Christmas Fair•
I would like to say a huge thank you to those of you who came and supported me by buying my cupcakes, I could not be where I am today without you lovely people! After a long couple of days of baking and decorating, with one broken mixer, I’ve managed to pull through!

Your favourites this year were the Biscoff cupcakes which were the first to disappear! And the runner up were the chocolate cupcakes, piped to look like a hot chocolate!

•Harvey turns 3!•
A fun cake to make over the bank holiday weekend! Toy Story theme! Vanilla sponge with strawberry jam filling and dairy free vanilla buttercream. Decorated with Toy Story figurines, paper palm spears and decretive cake balls. ‘Harvey turns 3’ topper is from Etsy.

•Mr & Mrs House•
Last week I had the pleasure of baking my sister and now brother in law’s wedding cake! I’m so happy with the way it turned out, every time I do a big cake there’s a lot of stress before hand but it’s always so worth all the sleepless nights!!

We did three tiers, each had three layers of sponge. Bottom 10” tier was passionfruit filled with a passionfruit curd between layers. Middle 8” tier was a classic vanilla with strawberry jam. Top 6” tier was lemon with lemon curd. Decorated in a semi-naked style decorated with fresh flowers from the florist to match bouquets and flower displays. These were wrapped in florist tape before putting on the cake to make sure no stems touched the sponges.

There was also some Biscoff cupcakes filled with Biscoff spread and topped with sandwich biscuits!

And lastly, a huge congratulations to George and Holly and a thank you for the most incredible day! 🤍🥂

This was a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filled with caramel between layers. Decorated with gold polystyrene balls, gold leaf, palm spear and dried flowers from .peaches and last but not least a personalised gold mirror topper from both bought through their Etsy shops😊

•Mamma Mia!•
My Birthday Cake!! Couldn’t have chosen a better theme for my cake…mamma mia! This was my favourite flavour, vanilla (I know I’m basic🤪) with raspberry jam filled between the layers. Toppers were from via Etsy- I absolutely loved these, so glittery!
