The heat has made the rambling roses explode this year! I doubt they will last a week but the battle to prune them has paid off and the scent from them is gorgeous. We kept the gazebo up from the weekend family BBQ so we had somewhere cool to sit. Another few days to go until some respite and I can put the ice pack back in the freezer instead of clutching it to my chest!🥵🥵🥵

The cutest little cowboy boots and hat to celebrate a 16th birthday! This is the first ever May birthday I have had to issue the heatwave instructions to make sure your cake survives! Phew….it’s been HOT!!!🥵

It’s been a busy week! A Minnie Mouse Bowtique cake for Ivy this year. I had to scour the house looking for something sphere shaped to mould that striped canopy and then work out how to attach it to the side of the cake! It’s the details that take the time. 😊

How to combine Stitch and Mira from K Pop Demon Hunters on one cake?🤔 Glitter balls of course! Alexa hits 7 which is unbelievable as I have been making her birthday cakes every year now. From Mr Tumble and Peppa Pig, through the Disney Princess stage and now Stitch! (Just to warn you, my daughter is in her 30’s and still has a variety of Stitch’s around the house!) Hope you had a great day at the zoo?😊

A little basketball themed cake for Dom’s 16th. He is just back from the states where he saw a couple of matches including the Harlem Globetrotters! Anyone else remember the cartoon series?🏀🏀🏀⛹️

KPop Demon Hunters seem to be the thing now. This cake was getting all it’s toppers added by mum before it went to the party. Seems a slightly bizarre scenario but hey, we bought pizza eating ninja turtles 🤷🏼‍♀️😉🤣

A very happy 90th birthday to Pat! Unfortunately she had to spend it in hospital but her family came to spend it with her and share her cake which reflects her loves in life. Hope you had a wonderful day!🥂🎂❤️
