Since I opened my microbakery, my lifestyle has completely changed. Most days I start at 5 am. Maybe not all of my baked goods always look perfect, as other baker's IG profiles usually show. Sourdough baking in a non-commercial setting can often be challenging. I am always grateful for every kind word, it motivates me to keep going.
