A little update from Sophie…

I’ve made the decision to stop offering custom celebration cakes and cupcakes. Any bookings for this year will still go ahead, but I won’t be taking any further orders.

With the ever-growing demands of running a busy bakery, this is no longer something I can continue alongside the day-to-day baking and admin.

After many requests during Covid, I started making celebration cakes and cupcakes when the world looked very different. Completely self-taught, this became a way to bring a little bit of joy during a very uncertain time. I’m so grateful to have been part of so many of your birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, christenings and baby showers.

We will of course continue to have a wide range of cakes, savouries and bread available in store daily.

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported this side of the business over the past 6 years.
