Diamond wedding cake.

The brief for this cake was to include the Tyne Bridge, World Cup Willie (1966 Mascot) and the lovely couple. I made an oval cake which the edible bridge fitted perfectly on to the front, an edible photo of the couple in their wedding day, an edible copy of the wedding invitation and a handmade model of World Cup Willie!

3 layers of chocolate cake sandwiched with jam & buttercream, covered in chocolate ganache and sugar paste.

Frozen cake!

4 layers of raspberry and vanilla cake sandwiched with raspberry jam, raspberry and vanilla buttercream, covered in chocolate ganache and sugar paste.

A special cake for a very special friend.

Well, actually it was 3 cakes!

The suitcase was 6 layers of vanilla sponge sandwiched with jam and buttercream and was 12 inches wide and 10 inches high. Decorated with edible stickers of some of The favourite places our friend has visited.

The ice bucket was chocolate biscuit cake (similar to tiffin) covered in chocolate ganache and sugar paste with handmade decorations and filled around the top with edible ice cubes.

The bottle of champagne was made of chocolate biscuit cake covered in chocolate ganache and buttercream and filled with real champagne ready to pour!

All sat on a 20 x 14 inch board!

Campervan cake to celebrate a 60th Birthday!

4 layers of caramel cake sandwiched together with caramel buttercream and caramel sauce, covered in chocolate ganache and sugar paste. Decorated with handmade model of the owners campervan made from Rice Krispie treats covered in ganache and sugar paste and handmade figures and their little doggy!

The customer had her own toppers.
