60th Birthday cake for a Braveheart fan whose favourite tipple is Bumbu Gin!

And my first time making edible fabric. Yes, the tartan on the cake is edible fabric!!

4 layers of Biscoff cake, sandwiched together with Biscoff buttercream and Biscoff spread, covered in chocolate ganache and sugar paste. The picture of the Scottish castle on the cake is an edible image wrap. The cake is decorated with a handmade Rum bottle, sword, shield and picture frame and tartan throw, everything 100% edible!
