Well that’s a wrap!

The last of the last three wedding cakes has been delivered, and as of today my little business is closing its virtual doors.

I can’t quite believe it’s been 8 years since I took a leap of faith and started being a full time cake maker.

After creating hundreds of cakes for all of the wonderful customers who have trusted me to be part of their celebrations, it feels strange to think I won’t be doing it again.. but then you can never say never!!

On to new adventures!

2024 is a bitter-sweet year as I wind my business down for now and look towards new challenges. What it does mean is that each wedding cake I create is extra special to me.

This beauty was no exception. With the gorgeous cake stand it really created a focal point for the wedding breakfast room, and the setting of Bosworth Hall was just perfect.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted but I need to shout out about Gift of a Wedding. A wonderful charity that I’ve had the pleasure of working with on a few occasions, creating bespoke weddings for very special couples. This Friday was a new set up for me as I visited Winstanley House, Leicester for the first time, putting together this display with a cutting cake and 80 cupcakes. I truly hope the happy couple had the day of their dreams.

Little boxes of delicious christmas snacks, perfect as a Teacher christmas gift.

Contains a selection of gummies, chocolates, popcorn, pretzels and marshmallows.

Each box is topped with a candy cane and a gift tag.

Collection is from Burbage, or local delivery can be arranged.

Make sure your elf doesn’t arrive empty handed with one of these boxes full of treats!!

Each box contains a selection of jellies, mallows, chocolates, popcorn and pretzels, topped with a candy cane.

Created by my own Cub and Scout elves, all of the money from these munchie boxes goes to charity.

I never order the school photos that my sons have taken at their schools. It’s no disrespect to the photographers, but with the limited time they have with each child they can never capture their true personalities.
