What an amazing day it’s been! 🤩

I’ve baked some treats for my brother-in-law Connor’s 30th birthday 🎉 (who by the way is a great tree surgeon if your garden needs tidying Plants in a Pickle - Tree Surgery 🌳).

We had my classic Kinder brownies boxed up and ready to gift, along with the main attraction, a Lemon Overload Cake 🍋🎂

This one was topped with Milkybar, lemon shortbread, white chocolate buttons, lemon angel slices and white chocolate Lindor 🤤

If you’ve got a special occasion coming up, I can offer these Overload Style Cakes in multiple flavours. Feel free to message if you’re interested ☺️

Happy Pancake Day! I’ve just enjoyed the most amazing, sweet, over the top pancakes! 🥞

Topped with cream, sliced bananas, mini eggs, caramel sauce and chocolate spread. I used this simple and easy recipe to make the pancakes ⬇️

• 100g plain flour
• 2 eggs
• 300ml milk

1. Whisk all the ingredients together thoroughly until smooth
2. Put a little oil into a frying pan and turn heat to medium
3. Once the oil is hot, pour a little mixture in the pan and fry roughly 1 minute on both sides (repeat this process till you’ve used all your mixture)
4. Serve with whatever toppings you wish, and enjoy 😋
