Celebrating a Golden Wedding Anniversary with this lovely cake 💛✨

I was asked to recreate a wedding cake from many years ago to help celebrate this milestone! Swipe to the end to see the original wedding cake ➡️

The bottom tier is a lemon cake filled with lemon curd and buttercream, while the top tier is a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting between the layers 🤤

To decorate, I piped the buttercream details and added some golden piped roses, along with sugar roses and the toppers from the original wedding cake to bring the design together!

Something a little fun and different 🦖🦕

My first batch of vegan cupcakes! These are chocolate flavoured with a dairy free chocolate buttercream 😋

That’s vegan and dairy free products ticked off the list ✅ Should I try gluten free next? 🤔

A birthday brownie stack for me 🧑🏼‍🍳

20 is feeling a little too serious for my liking, but anyways… 😂 I made my signature Kinder brownies, stacked them up and decorated them with even more Kinder and Cadbury’s chocolate 🍫🤎

What better way to cool off in this heat than some quick and easy homemade ice cream 🍨☀️

It’s only 2 ingredients to make the ice cream base, condensed milk & double cream! You can flavour it however you like, I used Cadbury Crunchie 😋

Ingredients:
1 tin condensed milk (397g)
475ml double cream
125g Crunchie bars crushed
Caramel sauce (optional)

Method:

1. Pour your condensed milk & double cream in a large bowl and whisk until soft peaks (the mixture will be thick and not fall of the whisk)
2. Fold through the crushed Crunchie bars into the mixture
3. Add the mixture to a tin (I used a loaf tin)
4. Swirl some caramel sauce on top and add some more Crunchie bits!
5. Freeze for minimum 6 hours
6. Scoop up & enjoy!!🍨
