You are my sunshine.

How adorable is this 1st birthday cake?

The cake itself was a lemon sponge, filled with vanilla swiss meringe buttercream, amd finished in ganache. I then decorated it with a fondant rainbow, a sunshine, and some busy-bees and daisies.

I've made a custom cake!!!

It's been around a month since i last made a custom cake, and i LOVE how this one turned out.

I had to do a bit of research in to the Fimbles, as i wasn't quite sure what it was.

The cake itself was chocolate fudge, it was then filled with swiss meringue buttercream and finished in ganache. I then decorated it with custom toppers, fondant trees amd flowers and cake safe bubbles.

Thank you as always to Make It Foxy for the card toppers.

Hey Barbie!!

How fun is this drunk Barbie cake. She literally is so versatile 🤣🤣

The cake itself was red velvet, with a swiss meringue buttercream filling. It was then finished in ganache, and decorated with a chocolate drip, martini glass, and lots of miniatures. Perfect 18th birthday cake.

This was the third cake i've made for this birthday girl. I can't wait for next year.

I'm so happy to share that i've retained my 5* food hygiene rating after my second Environmental Health Visit today.

I had my last visit three years ago (i don't know where that time has gone!!), and i was probably more worried about keeping my 5* than i was about my initial inspection.

Both my trailer and my kitchen passed with flying colours. And i feel more confident in what i have to offer, and my food safety knowledge.

I hope your Tuesday is as epic, and as nright as this Rainbow Friends cake.

Two tiers of deliciousness. The bottom tier was a carrot cake, amd was filled with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream, and the top was a vanilla sponge, also filled with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.
The cake was then finished in ganache, and decorated with findant rainbows, little figures, and a fantastic topper by Make It Foxy

So so fun.

Teacher cupcake boxes are now available to pre-order.

Your box will include, 4 delicious vanilla and strawberry cupcakes, that have been topped with swiss meringue buttercream, and decorated with two edible prints, and a fondant rainbow.

Choose your print. Take a look at the edible prints, and let me know, via the number at the top, which you would like.

Each box is £15, and will be ready for collection on Saturday the 18th of July.

I hope your Tuesday is as strange as this cake.

First time making a Stranger Things cake, and i loved it.

The cake was a chocolate fudge cake, and was filled with Nutella. It was then finished in ganache, and decorated with toppers from Make It Foxy

Another gorgeous version of this cake.

This cake design is proving very popular, and i just love it. I always give my customers the option to change the colour, but the sage green is a winner everytime.

The cake itself was a strawberry sponge, and it was then filled with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream, amd finished in ganache. The cake was then decorated with a palm and dried flowers, geo-chocolate hearts, and gold sprinkles.
