Who's up for quiches..... as a whole as pictured or as slices. The ones in the photos are ham and pineapple (you either love it or hate it) and cheese onion and tomato. I have a vast range of flavour combinations up my sleeve as been baking quiches and pies since my days at Nichol and Laidlow hexham when I was 18 (53 now and sweet sensations .That place really put me on the food journey I've been on ever since. I would also be doing slimming world friendly quiches, which I normally make with cottage cheese and eggs, no milk or pastry, therefore zero swips . Let me know if you are interested. I do have an amazing quiche we did at Nichol and Laidlow. we sold out of them straight away every day. It's not a bog standard recipe but tasted amazing. Definitely not a slimmies friendly quiche. Dm me for details of this one. All I can say is if you don't like stuffing don't dm me x

My first ever cake I made 21 years ago. This was a 3tier cake all fruit cake. This was my own wedding cake. Decorated the night before the wedding. As a few of you know I was manager at sweet sensations at the metrocentre, next door there was a shop called isis and they had a medium work there. She came in a couple of days before the wedding and told the girls I was going to break a shoe at the wedding which sent me into a panic. The shoe I actually broke was the horse shoe on the cake. One of my nieces gave me it outside the registry office and I dropped it and it broke in half. This is it after it had been glued back together. We actually forgot to cut the cake at ryton club and this is it the day after the wedding back at the house 🙈
