Thanks to everyone who has ordered Father's Day gift boxes! At Fishguard Market tomorrow, I'll have 4 spare single gift boxes on sale, you can choose a bake to put inside. Or I can put a Father's Day Sticker on a bag of mini Cheese&Leek Welshcakes or mini Bara Brith 😋.

I'll have my Gooseberry & Elderflower Friands too, made with all the beautiful gooseberries I've been picking locally, thank you!

I love gooseberries! They used to be commonplace when I was growing up, and I loved a pie or crumble with custard. These days they are not so easy to find. I'm always on the look out for seasonal fruit I can pick, in exchange for cake or cash, so I you've got a garden full of fruit you don't want, let me know!

It can get hot while baking in the kitchen, even on a damp and breezy Pembrokeshire day, so I love to step out and get some fresh air!
Coffee break sitting inside my garage garage doorway (on a sunny day, I'm sat at that table under the parasol :) ), taking Ted for a walk in the woods or on the Preseli mountains.
Lucky me! So blessed to live in Pembrokeshire.
