It smells like Christmas Eve here at Teisen Tania head quarters, the first batch of your Christmas cakes are in the Rangemaster, filling the kitchen with the most beautiful smell! Warming spices, orange, brandy......

Yes, they are expensive. And yes, you can buy a Christmas cake for less at your local supermarket. But if you want to treat your tastebuds to a luxury Christmas cake, then read on.....
No stone is left unturned in the quest to make your Christmas cake taste, and look gorgeous.
You won't have a bag of mixed dried fruit in your cake. Oh, no. I use individual dried fruit including raisins, sultanas, currants and dried apricots, then pour a generous glug of French brandy over them. Then, I carefully peel the zest of oranges and lemons, finely chop, and add to the dried fruit. There's no chewy, bitter pieces of candied peel! Once the dried fruit has transformed into juicy jewels of flavour, I add them to a cake batter that I have perfected, to make you the best cake. The batter includes organic butter, organic eggs, and organic flour, as well as warming winter spices. It is then baked low and slow in the Rangemaster, and fed weekly with more French brandy.
Once December comes, I cover them with HOME MADE VANILLA MARZIPAN! Have you ever tasted home made marzipan?? It isn't sickly sweet, or overpowered with almond essence, and it's not bright yellow either!- see pictures below. It is then topped with fondant, and handpainted with organic cocoa butter paint. I have attached a selection of designs for your cake. Please see the comment with the pictures, as I am not able to paint the more detailed ones onto smaller cakes.
All cakes are on a plain cake board, and packaged in a food grade white box.
