This Saturday I'm pleased to be supporting the NESCOT Summer Fair & Dog Show at their campus, running from 10am - 2pm. I'll have lots of sourdough bagels in all your favourite flavours, cream cheese spreads, focaccia and some very very cheesy buns. No additives or nasties, natural and 100% homemade. Hi Everyone, I'm back at Epsom Farmers' Market this Sunday 7th June 9:30am -1:30pm 🥯

Come by to pick up your favourite bagels, sourdoughs and buns from your local micro-bakery, including the Bread of the Month which is Fruit & Nut Sourdough, new flavour Raisin Bagels, lots of Sweet Brioche Buns - seasonal Blueberry & first blush Apricots. Also, come and see what the fuss is about with these humungous Focaccias I've been making recently! All organic, additive free and locally made here in Epsom. Some great choices for your Derby Day breakfast or picnic!

This is a full day introductory immersion class into sourdough bread baking. We'll learn all about starters and how to maintain them and you'll take home your own starter and 4 different kinds of sourdoughs which you'll make over the course of the day. Makes a great and meaningful present for a loved one!

✨Homemade lunch, drinks & recipes all included

Hi Everyone, I'm back at Epsom Farmers' Market this Sunday 3rd May 9:30am - to the extended time of 3pm. It's a doubleheader with both the Farmers' Market and the Antiques Market on at the same time - going to be a busy one!

Come early to pick up your favourite bagels, sourdoughs and buns from your local micro-bakery, including the Bread of the Month which is Potato & Rosemary Sourdough Crown, I'll also have some amazing Cheese & Jalapeno bagels, Focaccia scattered with herbs from my garden, and some yummy Haloumi Cheese Pies, some great choices for your Bank Holiday weekend picnic or get-together!
