Fig & Goats Cheese buns to celebrate the end of our marvellous fig season and before autumn truly arrives. Each bun is finished off with a shot of Surrey honey and thyme from my garden. Salty and a bit of sweet- that's my kind of bun!

Orders close at 7pm tonight for Friday pick up/delivery.

Hi Everyone, I'm back at Epsom Farmers' Market - this Sunday 4th October 9:30am -1:30pm 🥯

It's great to be back after missing last month and also to share with you some recent recognition by Muddy Stilettos Surrey as 1st on the list of the best 10 bakeries in Surrey! Fabulous! ♥ ♥ ♥

Come by to pick up your favourite bagels, sourdoughs and buns from your local micro-bakery, including the Bread of the Month which is my Black Miso Sesame sourdough - it's soft, chewy, crunchy and salty all at the same time! Tasters available for this strange spooky loaf! I'll also have the ever popular Cheese & Jalapeno bagels and lots of my other regulars, some Pretzels and some Spiced Apple Buns.

You can still pre-order for the market Thursday 7pm via the website, or just show up early.

All organic, additive free and locally made right here in Epsom. Some great choices for your weekly bread supply!

Homemade Chinese Mooncakes in Epsom 🥮🥮

Mid-Autumn Festival is this coming Friday 26th September, the harvest celebration in the lunar year. It's a time to get together with family, hang up lanterns and eat mooncakes. I've been making my own mooncakes for a few years now mainly because the shop bought ones are full of chemicals and preservatives that they have an extremely long shelf life. Also mine have alot les sugar in them so the filling is more custard-like and easier on your fillings!

This year's flavours are:-
