Let's talk about recipe testing! 📝

I've had a nice relaxing few weeks slowly working on my gluten free goodies!

I am glad to say that brownies and sponges are NAILED ☑️
And I don't just mean good for a gluten free option....I mean flippin fabulously delicious, texture on point, you'd never know the difference 👀
even you non-coeliac muggles would love them ❤️

Cookies have taken a bit longer but I mean....I think I'm there?!?
Got another variation to try this week and I will report back after I've stuffed my face 🫡🫡

People see the finished bakes.

They don't always see the little hands helping, the eggs dropped on the floor, the laughter between batches, or the memories being made in the kitchen.

A little messy. A little chaotic. Completely worth it ❤️

Deep clean & de-gluten my mixer with me!

I ran all the attachments through my dishwasher just for good measure ❤️❤️

I got some test baking done this week, some school cake, cookies & brownies and so far they've turned out YUMMY!

I'm hoping to be opening my order books for gluten free goodies SOON ❤️😉

We are almost there guys!
Still on the hunt for some gluten free chocolate bars for my brownies then we will be good for recepie testing some gluten free goodies 👏🏼

Did anything in this video surprise you for being gluten free? I was just amazed at the sheer amount of marshmallows I have for someone who isn't a massive fan of marshmallows 😂😂
