Another challenge for me! I was asked to make a large (9 x 13 inch) Mr Kipling angel slice for a birthday girl who is obsessed with these cakes. It not only had to look like one, but also taste like one.

Mr Kipling point blank refused to share his secret recipe, so poor Ian was 'forced' to taste test my concoctions until I got it right. 🤣
