After 3 years of finally finding a suitable cabin, getting an electric supply and two hot water heaters installed for the required separate sinks, finding a solution to collecting the grey water when there was no drainage, buying appliances, then adding worktop space and storage, I then had to wait for Environmental Health to complete their inspection report. Happy to announce that I was awarded a pass, and so, after moving most of my equipment from the house kitchen last weekend, my first bakes of this week for The Yellow Deli Cullen were completed in my wee cabin. The neighbours had no shame in staring in my window!
