I read a post yesterday where a local business has been stopped from trading in a certain place because of another local business, why? Greed? Jealousy? There should be no room for that here. There IS however, room for all of our fantastic local businesses to thrive!!

What some folks seem to forget is that with more choice, comes more customers. We live in a very diverse world where everyone has different tastes and one business alone can’t possibly cater for everyone and if people choose to go somewhere else, then maybe you need to up your game and do better?

With all that being said, i would like to give some love to some local businesses, some of which are very new but all are equally amazing and very welcome here in our community!!

I’d like to share a little story with you today that is very close to my heart. ❤️

Some time ago, I came across a post from Tetiana, a Ukrainian volunteer who was raising money to support Ukrainian soldiers. Her story really touched me, so I decided to help, and later we started talking.

Today I found out that Tetiana is currently caring for 16 cats 🐈🐾 — providing them with food, medical care, vaccinations, neutering and everything else they need.

I really wanted to support her and these little furry ones. ❤️ So I’ve decided to donate part of the money from my HORISHKY sales to help them.

It may be a small contribution, but I believe that even a little help can make a difference. 🥹🐾

I hope my HORISHKY can bring not only something tasty, but also a little bit of kindness. ❤️🇺🇦
