It’s that time again……🎅🏻🎅🏻🎅🏻

At The Loaf Shack Bakery’s Christmas Baking Workshop you will learn to bake Stollen, Cranberry/walnut loaf, mince pies and Amaretti biscuits.

The session will be held in Thickwood, Colerne. All ingredients and equipment required will be provided and you will leave with all your Christmas bakes. You will learn how the bread process works from mixing, proving, shaping/moulding and baking conditions. As well as, learning how to make your own marzipan, sweet pastry and biscuit dough.

The session will last around 3 hours.

The Christmas Baking workshop is £99 per person.

There is something incredibly special about a sunlit market morning with live music playing in the background.
This Saturday, Nailsea High Street comes alive again with over 40 of our wonderful local producers. The forecast is looking beautiful, and to make the morning even better, we have Rikki Buckingham joining us to play live music during the market.
It is also a weekend for welcoming back some familiar faces. Please make sure to stop by and say a huge congratulations to the newly-weds at Loaf Shack, who are back with their amazing bakes. We are also thrilled to welcome back Colin from Bristol Woodturning with his beautifully crafted woodwork.
Come down, grab a coffee and some fresh food, and enjoy a proper community Saturday with us.

It’s the third Sunday of the month which means it’s Farmers Market this Sunday! From 10am to 2pm come and support our local farmers and producers!

We have veg, meat, bread, cheese, cakes, olive oil, Portuguese tarts, honey, wine, sauces and much much more. Stock up for the week ahead!
