When you're asked to make the Bruce Bogtrotter cake from Matilda and you've never tried it before... You nail it first time!

I'm so happy with how this turned out - the most chocolatey cake I have ever made. Filled and covered with so much dark chocolate ganache. The smell was absolutely incredible!

Gold decorative touches because... Why not!

Happy 40th birthday 🎉❤️😊

Chocolate sponges with raspberry jam and chocolate ganache filling, with vanilla buttercream on the outside, and macarons.

I loved the gold touches and cake topper from 😍👌🏻🎂

Now it's time for the school summer holidays!

Forgot to post this cake last week! I had the honour of making this 40th birthday cake for a fabulous friend Becky 🎂❤️🎉

The brief was 'Parkrun and Purple' - the trees are the branding, and Becky ran her 300th race on the morning of her surprise party! 🥇🏃💨

Purple was a personal one, representing a charity and cause close to the family's hearts 💜💜💜

Cake topper by my wonderful clever friend Mandy 😍😊👌🏻

The venue was absolutely stunning and helped me make this cake stand out! 🍰🤩😎
