🍞💚 TRADITIONAL FAVOURITES WITH A HEALTHIER TWIST! 💚🍞

I've been busy in the kitchen experimenting with two homemade favourites… Wheaten Bread and Treacle Bread! 😍

I wanted to see if I could make a lighter, lower-calorie alternative without compromising on that delicious traditional taste we all know and love.

So, what did I do differently? 🤔

My secret (not so secret) ingredient in the picture! I've used it to replace the butter, sugar and some of the milk in my recipes.

No compromise on taste!

And don't worry… your wheaten bread won't turn orange! 🤣🧡

My aim is simple: a healthier choice, fewer calories where possible, and absolutely no compromise on flavour! Because sometimes, a little kitchen creativity can make a big difference. 💚

Now, the big question… would you try a slice? Freshly baked, homemade and perfect with your favourite topping! 🍞😍

🥳 SUGAR RUSH FERMANAGH IS SLOWLY GETTING BACK TO BAKING! 🧁🍰

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be very slowly easing myself back into baking again! 💗👩‍🍳

Recovery from surgery is still very much a work in progress, and Endometriosis has certainly put me through my paces! 😝🤪🙄 But I’m looking forward to getting my pinny back on, switching the oven on and filling your tummies with some delicious homemade treats again! 🥰🍪🍫

My initial focus will be on wholesale orders and custom orders, along with supplying the Bake Shed.

As for the Bake Shed itself, it’s currently under review 🤔💭 I’m trying to work out whether there’s enough demand to keep it going, especially with it being a little hidden away, just a mile outside Clabby. Your support and feedback really do mean so much to a small, one-woman business like mine! 💕

For now, I’m taking things one step at a time, listening to my body and looking forward to getting back to doing what I love most — baking delicious treats for you all! 🧁🍪🍰

Thank you for your patience, kindness and continued support while I recover. It means more than you know! 🩷
