Behind every batch of our buns are early starts, flour-covered hands and a team who care about their craft.

Made from scratch in our own kitchen, from the dough to the final finishing touches. There’s mixing, kneading, rolling and shaping. Time to prove, time to bake, then each one finished by hand.

We’re dedicated to keeping traditional baking methods alive, giving each stage the time and attention it deserves. Our imagination brings the flavours; our hands and teamwork bring them to life.

It takes patience, plenty of washing up and a shared determination to make each batch better than the last. We put that work in because what reaches your hands matters to us.
