What a reaction!
To this day, this is still one of my all time favourite and dream wedding cake set ups and it was 3 years ago today!
This cake still gets tonnes of comments and I know I’ve booked loads of couples after they have seen images of this cake too.
Do you know why though?
Yes it may be because it’s based on the absolutely epic and yes it has and all the other brilliant characters on it and yes, it is 4 tiers of the most delicious cake flavours..but it’s more than that..
My amazingly brilliant couple trusted me to create something that was true to them, no apologises, just them. I had so much fun, designing and making it, and then getting to see their reaction to it as I set it up at the stunning Waterton Park Hotel & Spa still gives me goosebumps to this day!
I will never forget this cake and this is why I create the cakes that I do…I make them so you keep talking about them, even 3 years later!
Happiest 3rd Wedding Anniversary to you both, I hope it’s been epic!
