A very unique opportunity for someone who would love to take over a thriving, well established business.
The only reason my husband and I have come to this decision is due to having two other businesses. We have known probably for the past year that we would eventually have to come to this point, but it really doesn’t make it any easier, it’s been a very emotional few weeks to say the least, now we’ve taken the step to put it into motion! Sad for us but so very exciting for someone else that could potentially take Vanilla Boxx to places our family just couldn’t commit to!
Our customers have asked us so many times for extended opening hours (currently working Thursday to Saturday), we’ve been approached by so many cafes and coffee shops for wholesale and we’ve been asked a number of times on socials if we could do postal orders. These are just some of the ways a new buyer could expand the brand- in ways I would have loved, but couldn’t find the time to!
The recipes that we are known and loved for, would all be part of the sale and one of the bakers that’s been with Vanilla Boxx from the start has also said she would be happy to negotiate a new employment contract with the buyer! Meaning absolutely nothing would have to change in quality & full training in our bakes could be passed on. The lease would need to be negotiated with the landlord. All accounts are available for serious buyers & viewing can be arranged through UPS.
For our amazing customers, it is business as usual for now ❤️ please do not panic, we will remain open while we navigate through this process, bringing you all your favourite bakes & if you know anyone who would be interested, please share this with them! You have given our family the best 5 years! We love you & would love nothing more than to see the shop going from strength to strength ❤️
