Please tell me I’m not the only one who’s has STRUGGLED with blondies?!? 👀

I *think* it’s because the bake time is so short compared to a brownie. There is twice as much flour so even an extra minute in the oven can make them dry. Or a minute under it’s all goo…

Whatever the magic, I think I’ve FINALLY cracked it!!! 🎉 so enjoy these six flavours this weekend 😅

Which one do you fancy trying??

I DID IT!!!! 🎉 turns out yes, yes you can, convert a dusty musty shed in your back garden into 5 STAR MICRO BAKERY with no notes!!! 💃🏼 🎉 🥳 💅🏻

Forget cookies, should I start a course on “how to convert your garden shed into a bakery”!?! 💰🤑

The end goal was always to create something that worked for me, my business, but before any of that it had to be a safe and hygienic environment to make food in…. Which took a fair amount of *vision* because that shed was not in a great state.

But now it’s all done, do you fancy a tour?!?!? 😃

💔I hate to do this because I don’t want to detract from the honest community i’m so lucky to have, but this is too much… 😢

If you visited the box this weekend and paid by card 🙏🏻PLEASE🙏🏻 can you double check your payment went through. I don’t want to accuse anyone at this stage but I am £154 down 💔 which is the equivalent of 40 bakes not being paid for. It’s just so disheartening. I’ve tried so hard to make something I hope people will enjoy 😔.

No judgement if your payment comes through now. I get it, things happen!!! It just makes me so sad, because if it’s not an accident and it continues I just couldn’t justify keeping the box open 😞

✨Cookie Special✨ I did think the majority of people would think my Phish Food special last week was a bit mental, so I’ve played it safe this week with a forever classic ❤️

Bring a knife to the box because one slice will easily feed a whole carload of hungry passengers 😋

Im excited to show you the rest of the bakes going in the box tomorrow (you can sneakily see some in one of the pics!! 👀)

👋🏻 and please let me know if you’re coming tomorrow!!! So far I’m on 300 bakes…. Is this enough?!?!?!?

Thank you again for such an amazing sell out last week… dare I say it, but could this week’s selection be even better?! 👩🏼‍🍳 ✨
