I really enjoyed making this lemon sponge with a white chocolate buttercream this week, it's a personal favourite of mine with the flavour combination 😛

A sea of brownies ready to go! Triple Chocolate is the flavour of the week this week and of course the Kinder Cookie Pie is still a firm favourite!

My most favourite and satisfying part of baking is piping cupcakes 😍 there are so many variations and styles to experiment with I could spend hours losing myself in different designs and colour blends!
