🤍 A little booking reminder from me 🤍

Hi everyone!✨️

I just wanted to put a quick, polite post out about bookings as I’m getting a lot of enquiries at the moment (which I’m so grateful for!)☺️

As much as I’d love to hold dates for everyone who messages me, I can’t anymore I’m afraid.

Your date is only secured once your non-refundable deposit is paid.

If there’s no deposit, there’s no booking in the diary,even if we’ve spoken about your cake. This is just to keep it fair for everyone.

I’ve had a few occasions recently where I’ve held dates, turned other people away, and then the booking hasn’t gone ahead. As a small business I then lose out on the order and on ingredients I may have already priced up / ordered.

So just to make it super clear:

📅 Enquiry ≠ Booking
💌 non-refundable deposit = Date secured in my diary
💷 Remaining balance due 7 days before collection/delivery
⏰ First come, first served

I absolutely hate having to post things like this, I really do. But I have to protect my business and my time so I can keep making your lovely cakes!

If you’ve messaged me about a date and haven’t yet paid your deposit, please just drop me a message and I’ll resend the details. Once that’s over, you’re all booked in and I can get planning your design!
