✨ Let’s talk Cinnamon Rolls ✨

I’ve been making these for a few weeks now, and honestly, every batch has been different! I’ve been testing and tweaking recipes each week, determined to find the perfect one.

This week… I think I’ve finally nailed it 😍

Huge, soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls, topped with a sweet icing made with Mexican vanilla. The smell alone is incredible, and the flavour is even better!

At the moment these are included in the 6 for £15 offer, but they probably won’t be for much longer because they are so time-consuming to make. This particular batch actually had to be started yesterday to get them just right!

I have to admit, I’d never even tried a cinnamon roll until a few weeks ago. Now? I’m completely obsessed and can definitely see what all the fuss is about! 🤎

If you were following the shed saga from the other day…

You’ll remember only Box 1 of 2 had been delivered. 🤦‍♀️

Well, Box 2 has finally arrived! 🎉

BUT… now the fridge is delayed. 🤣

At this rate there’s absolutely no chance of getting the shed built and decorated before Saturday, especially as I still need to do all my baking too!

So this weekend’s attraction is once again… Shed No. 1 😂

Tune in next weekend when, with a bit of luck, we’ll have both sheds AND a fridge! 🏡❄️
