Today, we had the great pleasure of presenting Wayne, a valued Production Team Leader within our Packing Department, with his 25-year service award.
Wayne is a fantastic asset to Proper Cornish. Over the last 25 years, his hard work, loyalty and dedication have earned him the respect and appreciation of colleagues across the business. Always willing to go the extra mile, Wayne's commitment, leadership and support for his colleagues have made him a much-valued member of the team.
During Wayne's 25 years with us, he has witnessed some incredible changes and milestones at Proper Cornish. From achieving major food accreditations, growing from a much smaller team to the workforce we have today, and moving to our new premises, to seeing the Proper Cornish rebrand and becoming part of a much larger food manufacturing group, Wayne has been here through an incredible journey of growth and change. Through it all, Wayne has remained a constant, continuing to support his colleagues and play an important part in the success of the business.
Congratulations, Wayne, and thank you for 25 years of hard work, loyalty and commitment. What a wonderful achievement! We look forward to many more happy years with you here at Proper Cornish! 💚
