I wanted people with allergies to be able to walk into a market, look at a table full of bakes and actually have a choice.

My first market back after a little break sold out 2 hours early 🥹 and seeing so many people choosing what they wanted, rather than what they could have, honestly means more than you know.

And you absolutely loved my new Lemon & Raspberry Blondies too! 🍋🍓 They disappeared so fast I might just have to bring them to some other markets 😉.

Bringing people together, no matter the allergies.

So… where the hell have I been since Belfast Fleadh? 👀

Fleadh was honestly AMAZING 🥹 but it also really highlighted just how few GF & DF options there are at big events, which is something I really want to keep talking about.

Then I moved house to Comber 🏡… and if I’m being completely honest, the last few weeks have felt VERY overwhelming. Between the business, moving, baking and trying to keep on top of everything, I’ve needed to take a little step back.

But I’m still here. And I’m getting back into the swing of things!

And tomorrow I’m taking Becca’s Cakes & Bakes to Belfast Mela for the first time! 🥹✨

So if you’ve wondered where I’ve been… there’s your answer 😂 Now let’s destroy this dummy cake and get back to it. 🧁

Unfortunately due to personal reasons Becca’s Cakes and Bakes will not be appearing at Ards Shopping centre tomorrow (21.8.26). Don’t worry though because I will be rearranging my next pop-ups to ensure I can be in Ards again soon!

And what a day it’s been 😅 We had a power cut, the car is absolutely JAM PACKED, and somehow we’ve managed to get everything ready for my first ever Belfast Fleadh!
