A year ago today I did exactly that, I started with no idea what I was doing after just being fired and now I have my own wee gluten and dairy free bakery 🙌 To all my customers, thank you so much, I wouldn’t be here without you guys 🫶 And if you’re new here, why not give me a follow and hit me up if you’re ever looking some allergy friendly treats (Birthday and wedding cakes included) 😉

365 days ago, I got fired for asking to be paid minimum wage. Today, I own my very own bakery 🥹💗

It’s been a year of hard work, learning as I go, taking chances and proving to myself that I’m capable of so much more than I ever imagined.

So, to my ex-boss, this one’s for you 👀

Turns out losing that job was the beginning of something pretty special. And I couldn’t be prouder of how far I’ve come.

A little heartfelt, a little petty, but entirely deserved 🤭

A year ago today, I lost my job. Today, I’m writing a thank you letter to the man who fired me.

Not quite how I imagined celebrating the anniversary, but here we are… 😂

Some thank yous come with a little bit of attitude 👀

Full letter coming soon 💗

Running a small business is so much fun!! 🥰💕 (she says through gritted teeth)

Some days everything goes perfectly… and then there’s days like today where absolutely NOTHING goes to plan 😂😭

Anyway, if anyone needs me, I’ll be in the kitchen questioning every life decision I’ve ever made whilst remaking a box of cupcakes 🫠🎂

On that note… anyone fancy 12 gluten & dairy-free vanilla cupcakes? 🤣🧁

Available for collection in Comber! DM me if you’d like to take them off my hands 😂💗

Tomorrow’s a new day… apparently so cross your fingers for me 🤞
