Placing an order with CakesbyRòisìn you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. By transferring money, you are confirming that you have read and understood the following:

Deposits and Payments:
To secure an order with Cake

sByRòisìn a non-refundable deposit is required via bank transfer, paypal or cash. No order is secure until this deposit is received. The remainder of the balance is due on collection/delivery of the cake. Cake Changes:
Please notify me of any changes you wish to make to your order no less than 1 week prior to the due date. Cancellation:
Should you need to cancel your order, for whatever reason, the full deposit will not be refunded. In the unlikely event that I am forced to cancel an order through no fault of the customer, the full deposit will be refunded. Collection/Delivery (BT11/BT12) :
All cake collection dates/times must be agreed in advance. The customer is responsible for notifying me if they are unable to meet the agreed time for collection. Delivery is available at a small cost of £2.50. Full cost of the cake and delivery must be paid on delivery. Once the cake has left me, it is no longer my responsibility and therefore I cannot be held accountable for any damage caused. Cakes should be transported flat (not on a sloped car seat or knee). The boot or footwell of the front passenger seat are the best places to place the cake. I make every effort to ensure my cakes are stable and, if transported correctly, there should be no issues. Cakes must be stored in a cool place out of direct sunlight and heat. Drip Cakes can be stored in a fridge until needed as they are made from buttercream. Non-edible items:
Please note all my cakes will contain some or all of the list below:

*support dowels - straws or wooden skewers
*ribbons & pins
*cocktail sticks
*wires
*flower picks
*cake cards
*edible icing sheets
*all cake ingredients have traces of nuts & gluten (you must specify any allergens if any)

It's the customers responsibility that these are removed before consumption. Photographs:
All cakes are photographed before leaving me and I will use these to add to my portfolio and promote my work. All photos taken belong to me and are copyrighted to Cakes By Roisin. Complaints:
In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, the cake must be returned to me within 24 hours of the event so that I can inspect the cake. Any refunds/discount offered is at the sole discretion of Cakes By Roisin. No refund/discount will be given if a Cake has been stored incorrectly or kept beyond the recommended use by date.
