ShortCakes I'm a working mum who discovered a talent I never knew I had - decorating cakes! My lovely mum bakes them & then I do the rest!

It all started with a Princess Sofia cake that I made for my daughters 3rd birthday. It actually turned out exactly as I had pictured it and after making several more cakes I realised that this was something I really enjoyed doing. My mum is now on board and does most of the baking for me and then I do the rest!

Really enjoyed making this cake for my good friend Jo who turned 50! The brief was a Kefalonian beach scene. The back drop was a photo Jo took when she was holidaying out there, printed using my edible printer 😊☀️🌴🍾🥂
