Raspberry & white chocolate cupcake
White chocolate sponge , topped with raspberry buttercream and sprinkled with white chocolate drops and raspberry pieces
Blackberry crumble cake
Sponge with a hint of cinnamon , sandwiched with blackberry jam , topped with more jam and buttery crumble ( nice with a bit of custard ! )
Bronut
It’s the brownie trying to be a doughnut topped with milk chocolate and decorated with more chocolatey pieces

My biggest bake just managed to fit it in my oven , a 12inch chocolate sponge sandwiched with a thick layer of vanilla buttercream encased in black fondant icing .

My sister in law in Australia Sarah said do cocktail cakes and my nephew Ash said call them caketails , so here we go ! Also I will probably be having a few in my birthday month !
