We Own the Farm Bakery Shop, having been in the baking trade for over 30 years starting by delivering to Local Shops, Cafes and Hotels and selling on local markets, we then opened our first shop in Amble in December 2010. We offer top quality bakery goods, cakes, sandwiches, pies, quiches, soup and jacket potatoes. Colyn is a qualified Baker and confectioner, graduating many moons ago, he makes al

l the novelty/celebration cakes in the shop, paying attention to detail and making each cake unique to every customer, he has made over 1000 cakes for a photo shoot that appeared in VOGUE magazine, if you fancy something unusual please get in touch, Colyn loves a challange! Morning, both shops have breakfast items all ready for you, with delicious sausage rings and bacon!
Amble have Cheese and Tomato or Bacon & Spring Onion Quiche.
Alnwick have Bacon & tomato quiche or Spinach & Pepper. We also have this delicious breakfast pie just out of the oven too!

We have our usual pies and pasties in the hot counter and fresh sandwiches and salad pots in the fridges.

Alnwick also has a strawberry cheesecake, crunchie or jaffa cake cookie pies and a delicious new raspberry Bakewell slice!

Good morning! To cheer you up this morning with this awful dreich weather we have our delicious quiche all ready for you in both shops! In Amble we have Bacon & Tomato or Cheese & Onion and in Alnwick we have Baby Tomato and our Colyn's home grown Spinach quiche or Chorizo and red pepper quiche. We have our usual pies and pasties in the hot counters. In the fridges are fresh sandwiches and both shops are making salad pots later this morning.

Happy Saturday! It's time for some more of our delicious celebration cakes. 🎂🍰🧁This week we're sharing our smaller 6 inch cakes, which are prefect for smaller parties. Like our larger cakes you can choose from vanilla or chocolate or like Karen's cake here, coffee & walnut, we may be able to do other flavours, just ask when ordering.

Here are a few reminders on booking celebration cakes with us:

🎂- we can accept queries and questions about celebration cakes via messenger & email but it's always best to speak to us over the phone or in person!

🍰- If you ask us about a cake, it will NOT be booked into our diary until we receive your deposit. If we do not receive a deposit - then I'm sorry but the booking will not be accepted and the cake will not be made!!

🧁- We can take your deposit over the phone or in person in either our Alnwick or Amble shops.

Good afternoon, I'm sorry it's a bit late this morning, so much so that Amble has only a few pies and pasties left, but they have lots of fresh sandwiches and salad pots. Some delicious homemade cheesecake and traybakes.
In Alnwick we have, bacon & brie quiche or baby tomato and mixed pepper quiche or Cheese & Mixed Onion Quiche, we have our usual pies and pasties.

Our fridge is full of fresh sandwiches and salad boxes and we have these baguettes filled with Cajun chicken and salad.
Alnwick still has some strawberry tarts and homemade cheesecake, cookie pies and traybakes and sweet treats.

Morning in Amble this morning we have either Cheese and ham or cheese & onion quiche. In Alnwick we have smoked cheese & chorizo or tomato & pepper quiche. Both shops also have Hot dog pretzels as well as all the usual delicious pies and pasties.

Both shops also have fresh sandwiches and salad pots in the fridge and lots of delicious traybakes and sweet treats in the cake counters.

Morning! In Amble this morning we have bacon and spring onion quiche or cheese and tomato. They have a breakfast pie this morning.
In Alnwick we have mushroom and tomato quiche or chorizo and mixed pepper. We also have a breakfast pie.

Lots of sandwiches and salad pots in the fridge and in Alnwick there will be a st. Clements Cheesecake and a Strawberry cheesecake later this afternoon.

Morning! Both shops are open today and we're all ready for you with Breakfast sandwiches, pies and pasties. We have sandwiches and salad pots which would be perfect for a lovely bank holiday picnic!

We have sweet treats as well including cheesecake in both shops and in Alnwick we have trifles too.

Our quiche flavours today are in Amble Cheese and ham or cheese and onion. In Alnwick we have spicy cheese, tomato and onion or Bacon & Brie. Alnwick also has a breakfast pie.

There's still time to get your bookings in for Fithor's Day Grub or Munch boxes. Fither's Day is on the 21st June! Just drop into the Alnwick shop or give us a call to place your order.

Now onto much more important matters for this weekend, it's a bank holiday weekend! What do you have planned? The weather is to be lovely and we're here to help, both shops are open all day Saturday as normal, then Alnwick is open 9 till 2 Sunday. Then on Beautiful Bank Holiday Monday, Amble & Alnwick are open from 8 till 2. We'll have hot counters full of pies and pasties and fridges full of sandwiches, salad pots and sweet treats.

For those plannings picnics or parties we have lots of delicious fresh bread, boxes of biscuits and crackers, honey, jams and pickles! Pop in a have a wee look!

Morning, this morning Amble has only a few bits of cheese & onion quiche left and a couple of Strawberry tarts so you'll n ed to be quick for them but we have lots of hot pies and pasties, homemade cheesecake and fresh out of the oven scones!

In Alnwick we have baby tomato & mixed pepper quiche or bacon & brie quiche, the usual pies and pasties and our pretzels are about to go in the oven.

Both shops will have salad pots later this morning and fresh sandwiches in the fridge.

In Alnwick this morning we also have some fresh baguettes being filled with salad and Chicken tikka or crab salad or BLT's
