Fly Box of the week:
Buzzers, Daddy Long Legs, Diawl Bachs

Could all anglers take a little care whilst releasing fish. With the warm weather fish might struggle whilst being released. If so could all anglers leave the fish in the net and wait until the fish has recovered and is ready to go back

Crag End Bait lake remains closed until further notice.

We are collecting bottles for the Breast Cancer Now Charity Raffle all donations will be greatly appreciated

Fishing report

Anglers in the last week have had to work hard for results, mixing tactics and constantly changing to find the right fly. Some reported small black Knats have interested fish as well as small black Buzzers.

Could anglers take a little more care whilst releasing fish and give them a few minutes in the net if needed, with the warm conditions fish may take a little longer to recover once caught.

John Jarvis fished Dries over both lakes releasing a couple of fish
Bill Mccrorie fished various flies on Long Crag netting 4 fish
Jack Reed fished small Cdcs on Long Crag finally catching 1 after missing many
