1st of March and start of my 74 miles in March Stroke association challenge having suffered two strokes in April 2023 I have lost confidence in myself put on weight and suffering from fatigue I am determined to get back to my old self cycling and running as it brought me joy and belief in myself also want to help raise awareness for fellow stroke sufferers as like many medical conditions there is no one has the exact same response to one I have been very fortunate so need to take advantage of that and not shut down as I did saw this as an opportunity to get out and assist others while helping my health at the same time any support would gratefully accepted thank you to everyone for your ongoing support means a lot

Merry Christmas 🎅 to everyone and a big thanks to everyone for your support I had 2 strokes in 2023 lost a bit of hope and confidence in myself and lots of things fell apart since starting our bakery it has given me and my family a new lease of life and something we can do together I would like to wish you all the best for Christmas 🎄 and hopefully a peaceful time with friends and family thanks again for your support one and all
