My name is Annmarie, but my friends call me Anni. I’m a Mum, Designer, and Cake Maker. Graphic Designer by profession, so I guess that's why I love baking - and what's even better, it's delicious! After baking my daughter's birthday cupcakes in April 2019, I became hooked, a baking addict! After I fed everyone cake, they asked me to bake for them (and offered to pay). I was chuffed and deci

ded to go for it. I am fully registered, and insured and hold my Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety Certificate. My cakes are custom-made to order. I do not use artificial flavours or additives and bake exclusively with the very best natural ingredients available, please note they do contain butter, gluten and dairy. Whiskey barrel buttercream cake, last time I made one using fondant but I get no joy using it so did this with buttercream and agar agar for the ice and I think it turned out so much better! I’m now sticking to buttercream and modeling chocolate because I HATE fondant!! 🙈😂 Anyone else hate fondant?!…

Not just firing over a random Pinterest pic that doesn’t match your style at all 😅

I’m definitely getting to the stage where I’d rather say no to cakes that don’t fit my style, because you just don’t get the same enjoyment creating them. The best cakes always happen when the client and I are on the same wavelength. 👌🥰

It’s Friday and I actually feel it 😭✨
This beauty is my last cake of the week and for once… I’ve got NO bookings this weekend. Very rare! 😂👏

I’m fully planning on chilling with my boy Shadow and probably still thinking about cake. 👀😂

I got into baking because feeding people cake is basically my love language. So when I became a proud dog maw to Shadow, it only felt right to start baking for him too… and the rest of our four-legged besties. 🐾🥰

I introduced Pupcakes at my stall on Saturday and they were such a hit! Safe to say the pups approved. 🧁🐶

Now I’m fully down the rabbit hole of learning more about dog-friendly bakes, testing recipes, and creating more safe treats for your gorgeous pups. This is just the beginning! 👀🐾🐶🥰
