Joseph Walker fired up the ovens of our family’s Scottish Highland bakery with a desire to bake the best, a tradition of quality passed down through generations.

128 years later, our products are still made, packed and sent from Speyside by the team we’ve grown with, many of whom have been part of Walker’s for generations.

Three Scottish heritage brands, all with roots in Speyside and global impact, come together at The Craigellachie.

An exclusive menu of three shortbread whisky cocktails, made with a bespoke shortbread syrup, now pouring across The Spey Inn and the Quaich Bar, each paired with an all-butter Walker’s Shortbread Finger.

Available for one month, with the most popular serve remaining on the menu.

We’re proud to be part of the Anya Hindmarch ‘Off Duty’ pop-up in London, featuring a limited-edition Walker’s Assortment Tin inspired by the world of Duty Free.

A playful nod to 80s airport lounges, vintage travel advertising, and recognisable off duty moments, the collaboration pairs our iconic tartan heritage and all-butter shortbread with Anya Hindmarch’s playful creative direction, celebrating a wee bit of Scotland that has travelled across the world for generations.

The ‘Off Duty’ pop-up is open until 24 May at 11 Pont Street, London.
