Busy baking for elgin mart ...Saturday 8am till 12.30....selection approaching normal...thought I should mention that I have the necessary hygiene certificates and always cover my stall plates as per food legislation.....just saying!

Lemon cake with a lemon cream topping has become a real favourite so......Will be on sale both at Elgin and thainstone this weekend.....a long with a lot more....had ten ...yes ten...sponge flavours last week.....

Carrot cake..red velvet...coffee...chocolate..Victoria ...gingerbread...fruit loaf...blueberry loaf...sultanna...caramel shortbread....paradise slice....to mention but a few!!!
