SEPTEMBER DUMP. Yes, it’s October. We were busy. 🥯

On the 27th at 12:24, a ticket came out of the printer at Olavide: 20 iced matcha lattes, oat milk, one name. Isabella.
The team chat lost it. We made all twenty.

She came back this week for 16 more. That’s 36 matchas. We’re not asking questions, Isabella. You’re a legend. 💚

Also in September: a line at the door, a new bagel out of the oven, a flag that needed a ladder, and three clocks we still haven’t hung. See? Busy 🙌

One year ago, right after celebrating our first year at SISI Bagels, we flew to New York for our first pop-up and to compete at Bagel Fest.

We came home with 3rd place for Best International Bagel.

What looked like a dream was actually months of work, ambition, obsession and thousands of details nobody saw.

A dream is not achieved by believing in it. It’s achieved by working for it every single day. One year later, we’re going back.

November 2026. We’re back in New York 🇺🇸
