Sihl Records

: recordstore & bar located in zurich🇨🇭music, late-night digging, time fades, beer & cocktails👺Tue-Sat: 17:00 - 00:00.🚨

“Sihl Records” is a Zurich based vinyl and coffee shop, influenced by the movement of house & techno and located in the district 3. The shop will share music from all corners of the world. More than a record shop, Sihl Records will be a musical hub and space for musicians and artists in the city. The records store is driven by the belief that music is a powerful force in bringing people together, and that is why the record store will be used as a starting point to educate people about different musical and cultural practices in electronic dance music. Visitors to the shop will never be treated as consumers, but will be seen as partners in Zurichs cultural sphere.

Our sister Aline just dropped her first vinyl release on 𝚖𝚘𝚛𝚖𝚘𝚛𝚒𝚘 𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚘𝚛𝚍𝚜 called "MOR004". A banger 4 tracker EP with remixes by Paul K and Kujtim Salihu. 💦

Happy release, dear Aline! Big one. ❤️

She brought us 10 copies, so you know the drill: first come, first served. 🏃 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

🎲🃏 FINALLY! OUR OWN GAME NIGHT IS HERE!

On September 24th, 2026, Isabelle HappyBelle Marsella & Czakó Alex are hosting the very first SPIELI SPILLE at Sihl Records Vinyl & Bar – and honestly, we’re already way too excited about it.

From Eile mit Weile to Jazzy, Ladders, dice games, card games and of course the good old traditional Jass – we got you covered.

We’ll provide all the games. You just have to show up, grab a seat, find some players and let the games begin. 🎲

👀 Any Magic: The Gathering players out there?
Hit us up via DM! If there’s enough interest, we’ll make sure Magic becomes part of the game night too. Andreas would be VERY happy about that one. 😄

So save the date, mark it BIG in your calendar and come through for a night of games, drinks, laughs and probably some very serious competition.

Today, exactly nine years ago, SIHL Records opened its doors for the first time.

We’re not throwing a big birthday party — we’re keeping it simple. Just taking a moment to realize that our little place is already nine years old today.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout these nine years. None of this would have been possible without you.

Here’s to everything we’ve shared so far — and to many more years together. ❤️

9 years of SIHL Records.

Today we celebrate the opening phase of our newly renovated store.

We’re kicking things off with a vernissage from 7 PM until late. Setting the vibe is Andreas Ramos aka Basement Suite, serving a carefully selected all-night disco soundtrack.

After the opening night, Aijan Altaeva‘s artworks will remain on display in the store until the exhibition comes to an end with a finissage. We’ll announce the date of the finissage on our Instagram channel soon.

Come through, show some love for a Swiss artist, and support your local dealer. 🖤
